Michael Peeler


From 2002-2006 Michael pitched 4 years of baseball at Edward Waters College here in Jacksonville, Fl. During that time he was a 3x All-Conference Pitcher; 2005 Defensive Player of the Year; 2006 Senior Award; 2006 Most Dedicated and Hard Work Award; 2006 Mr. Baseball Award.

From 2006-2011 he ran The World of Baseball Academy where he was a Head coach and assisted 3 travel showcase teams. While with the World of Baseball Michael instructed base running, pitching, hitting, and fielding to all the players on his teams. In 2016 he became the head coach for middle school baseball at Baldwin Middle-Senior High. In 2017 he was promoted to Head JV Coach at Baldwin Middle-Senior High as well as he assists with the varsity squad.

During his playing and coaching career Michael has mentored under Clay Daniels (former pro baseball player; Pro baseball scout; hitting/pitching/fielding instructor), Drew Hall (former pro baseball player; hitting/catching instructor) and Dan Corsi (Former Georgia St. pitcher; Head coach showcase baseball 12u,14u,16u,17u; hitting/pitching/fielding instructor)

Michael’s Coaching Philosophy is all about teaching and developing short term and long term success through hard work and discipline, staying humble but driven throughout the process of growing as an individual, and becoming a great teammate.
